Q: Can I see samples of your work and the products you offer?

Absolutely, my home is open and available for anyone to come and see any jobs I am currently working on, or to touch and feel any products that I have on hand. Or I can come to you!

Q: What are your hours of operation?

24/7 - ask my husband... I can be reached at all hours of the day; my response time is typically within an hour.

Q: Where are you located?

I am located just on the outskirts of Lake City, MN.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

No, I price my services as fairly as I am able.

Q: What is your turn around time or when will I receive my order?

I ask for at least 2-weeks from the time the order is placed until delivery/pick-up. Depending on my workload and order size, it may be done sooner or could take a bit more time – but I will be completely upfront with my timing when an order is placed. If there are any delays throughout the process, I do contact the client and keep them in the loop.

Q: Do you print on demand or do I have to pay upfront?

Orders placed online must be paid in advance. I may ask for a small down payment to cover any of my upfront costs if it is a large order. Otherwise, payment in full upon delivery is requested.

Q: Can I mix and match item styles?

Yes, my printing and embroidery services may be used on multiple item styles within one order.
